How much will delivery of my items cost?

At present we are offering customers a 15% discount and free postage and packing service, however overseas orders will be subject to postage and packing charges of £4 for Northern Ireland, £10 for Europe and £12 for Worldwide this is a priority mail service to ensure secure and quick delivery of items.

Do your prices include VAT?

We do not charge VAT on our books, however we do charge VAT on Calendars, this will be added to your basket and shown clearly before payment processing.

What cards to you accept?

We accept the following major Credit Cards:

What payment provider do you use, and are my credit card details safe?

All transactions use the Secure Trading payment system. So you can trust that your details are kept safe and secure. For more information www.securetrading.com

When will I be charged?

When you reach the final billing page and press 'Proceed to secure payment' you will be taken to the secure trading payment screen. Once you have entered your details we will immediately contact your bank / card issuer for authorisation to take payment from your account.

If the payment is authorised, you will receive an e-mail within a few minutes confirming your order and payment will be taken from your account shortly afterwards.

If payment is authorised but we have a query with your order, an e-mail will be sent to advise you of the nature of the query. If we are unable to resolve the query for any reason and cannot dispatch your order, a full refund will be issued back to your card.

Are my personal details safe?

Yes, we promise to keep your personal details safe and will not pass them onto third parties or send you any unsolicited spam.

The site has changed! Will my old orders be honoured?

Yes, Icon Publishing Limited has just completed the purchase of the Autocourse and Motocourse Yearbooks and Calendars from Crash Media group.

The books are on schedule for publication in early to mid-December, and all orders made through the old autocourse.com site and Icon Publishing Limited will be given priority delivery by 'home-courier' signed for service to ensure safe arrival.

We will shortly be contacting, either by post or an e-mail, all our present and past customers who have supported the books so loyally with details of how to order this year's titles.

Before contacting us we recommend that if you are using a PC, then you check for updates for your computer using Windows Update Tool, and ensure you are using an up-to-date modern browser such as Internet Explorer 8/9, Firefox 6, Google Chrome or Safari 5.
